Two enthusiasts from the Swiss Mittelland are rebuilding three Nieuport 23 C-1s from around 1917.
At Kuno Schaub and Isidor von Arx, everyone does everything. Each part is produced not just once, but for the entire series. In this way, the two minimize the effort per aircraft.
Both were on the organizing committee of the vintage aircraft days in Kestenholz in 2002 and 2009.
Thanks to the kind support of the municipality of Langenbruck, the Nieuport Memorial Flyers are running an exhibition in the Biderbaracke about the replica of the Nieuport 23 C-1 with many documents, photos, maps, parts, stamps, medals, etc. relating to the aircraft and Oskar Bider.
